Shipping & Roasting Days

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days.

Shipping is happening on Tuesday and Thursday.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They depend on the destination country and the weight of your order — you'll see the exact cost at check-out.

Lower-impact shipping: Within Austria we ship with Austrian Post, which according to its own information uses electric vehicles for a large share of its deliveries.

We currently ship to:

Austria & Germany — free shipping over €49
Italy, France & the Netherlands — free shipping over €80
Non-EU countries: Switzerland, Norway, USA, UAE

Spain: Cafeshi Online, Dulcimena Coffee & Go in Granada, Gallo Coffee in Sitges Barcelona

Temporarily paused

Because of the new EU packaging regulation (PPWR), we've had to pause shipping to the remaining EU countries as of 12 August.

We hope this won't be permanent: the European Commission has proposed suspending this requirement for small EU businesses, with a decision expected in October. As soon as that happens, we'll switch countries back on.
