Shipping & Roasting Days

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days. 

We currently roast fresh on Mondays and Wednesdays/Thursdays, and those are the days we fulfill and ship orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They depend on the destination country and the weight of your order — you'll see the exact cost at check-out.

We currently ship to:

• Austria & Germany — free shipping over €49
• Italy, France & the Netherlands — free shipping over €80
• Non-EU countries: Switzerland, Norway, USA, UAE

Temporarily paused

Because of the new EU packaging regulation (PPWR), we've had to pause shipping to the remaining EU countries as of 12 August. 

We hope this won't be permanent: the European Commission has proposed suspending this requirement for small EU businesses, with a decision expected in October. As soon as that happens, we'll switch countries back on.
